What do I do when I need to speak to a lawyer?
Our goal is to take the fear of the unknown out of the process of using a lawyer. With this goal in mind, we’ve tried to make using your membership as easy as possible:
- When you need to speak to a lawyer, call your Provider Law Firm at the toll-free phone number listed on your membership card.
- The receptionist will ask for your name, membership number (which you’ll find on your membership card), and the nature of your legal issue.
- An experienced lawyer will return your call within 8 business hours.
