As of January 1, 2010, advancing through the compensation plan with the Fast Start program was changed. This change was made in an effort to process the business from new recruits as quickly as possible, help them advance quicker and receive higher commissions starting with their very first membership sale and/or recruit!
Please note the changes below, as emailed on December 31,2009 as part of the Win Big in 2010 announcements:
RANK ADVANCE THROUGH FAST START PROGRAM In order to rank advance through building an organization, an associate must have one PERSONAL (not placed) recruit to whom they have a sold a membership. This may be an IDT plan if the associate resides in a license state.
NEW - associates advancing through sales rather than building an organization can advance from Jr. Associate to Associate with ONE personal membership counter. An associate can advance to Sr. Associate with FIVE personal membership counters AND completing either Group or Small Business Qualification.
Please help us relay this information to your new recruits so that they may maximize the potential of the Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. compensation plan!
